Use the complimentary skin-safe patch to create a temporary base for the artificial nail.
Apply only to completely closed, healed and comfortable skin.
Do not use this method on:
Wash the area gently and dry it completely. Make sure the skin is free from oil, cream, moisture and residue.
Trim the complimentary skin-safe patch so it fits the nail area without extending unnecessarily onto surrounding skin. Apply it smoothly and press down firmly. Make sure there are no folds or loose edges.
Select the correct size. Lightly buff the inner surface that will touch the patch. Wipe away dust.
Apply a small amount of GLUI inside the artificial nail. Keep the product within the area that will contact the patch.
Position the artificial nail over the patch. Press firmly and wipe away excess GLUI. Cure under a compatible UV/LED lamp for 60–90 seconds. For dark or opaque artificial nails, cure from several angles.
Keep the area dry for the first 24–48 hours. Wear the artificial nail for up to 7 days. After 7 days, remove it gently and allow the skin to rest before reapplication.
Stop use immediately if the area becomes painful, red, swollen, itchy or irritated.
Wear for a maximum of 7 days.
The shorter wear period is recommended because the patch sits on skin rather than a natural nail surface.
Apply GLUI to a properly prepared and stable remaining natural nail surface.
Only apply when the nail area is stable, comfortable and fully healed.
Do not apply over open wounds, bleeding, infection, swelling, redness, discharge, painful areas or newly operated areas.
If part of the natural nail plate remains, lightly buff only that hard nail surface using the included 180-grit file. Remove the shine and surface residue, then clean with an alcohol pad and allow it to dry completely.
If only the nail bed or sensitive tissue remains, do not buff or file it. Make sure the area is fully healed, clean, dry, comfortable and free from oil or moisture.
Never file exposed skin, sensitive tissue, painful areas or unhealed skin.
Choose the correct size. Lightly buff the inside surface that will touch the remaining natural nail. Remove dust and wipe it clean.
Apply a suitable amount of GLUI inside the artificial nail, focusing on the area that will contact the remaining natural nail. Avoid unnecessary contact with surrounding skin.
Place the artificial nail carefully over the remaining nail area. Press firmly to remove air gaps. Wipe away excess GLUI before curing.
Hold the artificial nail securely and cure under a compatible UV/LED lamp for 60–90 seconds.
For dark, thick or opaque artificial nails, cure from the top, both sides and slightly underneath to ensure complete light exposure.
Apply in the evening when possible. Avoid water, moisture, alcohol-based products and unnecessary pressure for the first 12 hours. After 12 hours, normal handwashing, showering, dishwashing and sanitizer use may resume.
Wear the artificial nail as long as it remains secure and comfortable.
Wear the artificial nail for as long as it remains secure, comfortable, fully cured and free from lifting or trapped moisture.
GLUI is designed for a 3+ week waterproof hold. Individual results may vary.
Remove the artificial nail immediately if you notice pain, redness, swelling, itching, irritation, lifting, trapped moisture, discharge or unusual colour changes.
Follow these steps carefully to loosen the bond without damaging your skin or reusable artificial nail.
Every kit includes the Oil-Based Nail Glue Remover Pen for controlled and gentle removal.
Never pull, peel or force the artificial nail off.
Carefully slide the tip under one edge of the artificial nail. Start from the easiest accessible side. Do not push aggressively.
Press the bottom of the pen to release the oil. For first-time use, you may need to press several times until the oil begins to flow. Allow it to flow beneath the nail edge.
Apply remover oil around:
This helps loosen the bond from every direction.
Wait 10–15 seconds. For a stronger bond, wait 20–30 seconds.
Gently test whether the artificial nail is releasing. It should lift without force.
If it remains attached:
Repeat until the artificial nail releases easily.
For customers using the patch method, gently remove the patch after the artificial nail has released. Do not pull quickly from the skin. Apply more remover oil if required.
Wipe away excess oil with a cotton pad. Clean the reusable artificial nail carefully and store it for the next application.
Only reuse an artificial nail when it remains clean, undamaged and in good condition.
Using the remover pen helps protect the shape of the artificial nail, allowing it to be reused multiple times when it remains clean and in good condition.
