Shipping Policy

At our online store, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:

Processing Time: Our team works diligently to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day, but please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you place an order after 11am on Saturday, it will most likely ship on Monday.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Shipment tracking

So that you always know when to expect your shipment, you will receive an automatic email after your goods have been dispatched. There you will find the shipment number, which you can use to track the status of the delivery at any time on the website of our logistics partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS and Swiss post). With a customer account you can easily view your orders under: My Account -> Orders -> Display. If you can no longer find the email with your tracking number or have accidentally deleted it, our customer service will be happy to help you. Please have your order number ready for this.


Shipping Carriers: We use UPS, FedEx, DHL and Swiss post for delivery. While we strive to deliver on time, please note that delays caused by these carriers are beyond our control.
