📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Secret Nails, each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality, hygiene, and accuracy. Please review the information below to understand how processing, shipping, and delivery work.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed from our fulfillment locations.

Standard processing time:
Our team works diligently to prepare orders as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed promptly; however, processing times may take up to 7 business days depending on product availability, order volume, and operational conditions.

Please note:

  • Handmade, customizable, or made-to-order nails may require additional preparation time.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, verify, and hand your order to the shipping carrier. It does not include transit time.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard orders: 5–10 business days
  • Customizable or handmade nails: 8–14 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and may vary based on destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information allows customers to monitor delivery progress directly through the carrier’s website. If you are unable to locate your tracking details, our support team will gladly assist you upon request.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted third-party logistics partners, including:

UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, GLS, GOFO Express, and Swiss Post.

Carrier selection may vary based on destination and availability.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Secret Nails is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout
  • Force majeure events (including strikes, transportation interruptions, or regulatory delays)

Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or chargeback once an order has been shipped.


Lost, Misdelivered, or Marked-As-Delivered Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and marked as shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.

If tracking information confirms a package as “Delivered”, this is considered proof of successful delivery.

In cases where a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Customers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbors, or local delivery offices.
  • We may assist by providing carrier details and supporting documentation when applicable.
  • Replacement or reshipment requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.
