1. Prep Your Natural Nails (Most Important)
Lightly buff the entire nail surface using a 180-grit file (included in every GLUI kit), including edges and sides. Remove all shine, then clean with an alcohol pad until fully oil-free.
This step prevents most pop-offs.

2. Prep Your Press-On Nails
Lightly buff the inside area of each press-on nail (the part that touches your natural nail). Remove all shine and wipe clean.
GLUI bonds best when both surfaces are prepped.

3. Apply GLUI Correctly
Scoop the right amount of GLUI into the press-on nail. Press firmly onto your natural nail so excess glue squeezes out, then wipe away excess before curing.
Firm pressure means no air gaps and a stronger hold.

4. Cure Under UV/LED Lamp
Cure for 60–90 seconds while holding the nail firmly in place.
For dark or opaque press-ons: cure from multiple angles to ensure full light exposure. For step-by-step instructions, please see the “How to Cure Dark Pess-Ons With GLUI” section below.

5. Aftercare for Maximum Hold
For best results:

• Apply GLUI in the evening
• Avoid water or moisture for 12 hours
• Avoid alcohol-based products during this time

After 12 hours, you can wash hands, do dishes, take hot showers, and safely use hand sanitizer or alcohol-based products as needed.

Pro Tip (Dark or Thick Nails)
Dark nails can block UV light. Cure from the top, sides, and slightly underneath until you feel a mild warm sensation, then cure 20–30 seconds longer for a fully hardened bond and long-lasting, 3+ week hold, even with dark or opaque press-ons.

✨ How to Remove (Damage-Free)

Every GLUI kit includes our Oil-Based Nail Glue Remover Pen, specially formulated to dissolve the bond gently without damaging your natural nails or reusable press-ons.

IMPORTANT: Always let the oil do the work. Never pull or force the nail off.

1. Insert the Precision Tip

Carefully slide the remover pen tip under the edge of the press-on nail.

Start from one side and gently work underneath the nail.

2. Release the Oil

Press the bottom of the pen to release the nourishing oil.

Allow the oil to flow underneath the nail.

3. Apply Oil Around All Sides (Most Important)

For the quickest and safest removal, work the oil around the entire nail:

✔ Left side

✔ Right side

✔ Front edge

✔ Corners

This allows the oil to loosen the glue evenly from every direction.

4. Let the Oil Work

Wait 10–15 seconds.

For extra-strong bonds, wait 20–30 seconds before lifting.

5. Lift Gently

Slowly lift the press-on nail.

Never pull or force it.

When enough oil has reached the center, the nail will release easily.

6. Repeat if Needed

If the nail still feels secure, simply apply more oil underneath all sides, wait another 10–15 seconds, and continue lifting gently.

Strong bonds sometimes require a second application, especially after several weeks of wear.

7. Clean & Reuse

Wipe away any excess oil with a cotton pad or tissue.

💡 If the Nail Doesn't Come Off Easily
